We are looking for an IT technician to join our team. Under the supervision of the Technology Department Director, the technician will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to clients.

In a little more detail, you will have to:
Provide technical support, according to the customers different problems;
Ensure the maintenance of computer systems, programs, applications and software;
Document the tasks performed;
Execute various tasks related to the management of the computer network (creation of user accounts, change of passwords, allocation of access and groups, security rules, creation of OU and GPO);
Respect priorities, deadlines and follow-ups
Ensure the operation of the email service, internal applications and the Microsoft network environment (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP);
Manage the backup.
You must have:
Ability to work alone or in a team
Serve customers in a polite and courteous manner
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Microsoft (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print servers)
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency with Zoho operating system
Technical diploma in computer science or a bachelor's degree in computer science (asset)
Own a vehicle (asset)
Bilingual (French and English) (asset)
